Lead singer and songwriter Eloise Carter fronts 30 Degree Cycle. Eloise has been writing, producing and performing her songs since age ten and continues to develop her style and sound. As an A-level music student she embraced the opportunity of the lockdown period to write and record ‘Another Loud June’.

‘Another Loud June’ has already been featured on BBC Radio Solent.

Eloise (vocals/ guitar) met Ben Daunter (piano/synth) at secondary school during their final year. The duo performed at festivals and numerous gigs, and later added Ben Delacourt (bassist) to the line-up. After selling out their first headline gig in January 2020, Eloise has tailored her song writing to not only create emotion, but with a focus on creating an exciting and charismatic live set. Pulling influences from artists such as Kodaline, Declan McKenna and The 1975, the band continues to develop their sound and grow their audience. Their debut single, ‘Another Loud June’ was written during lockdown, after Daunter set Eloise the challenge of writing a song with the title ‘Another Loud June’. What starts as a gentle acoustic ballad grows into an explosive full band rock song. The band have played venues all around the Southeast of the UK as well as festivals including Weyfest and Haslemere Fringe Festival, sharing the mainstage with Scouting For Girls, Reuben

Gray and Lucy Spraggan.
