DALLAS, TX / AGILITYPR.NEWS / January 24, 2023 / Brian L. Hurt has joined the Dallas office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as a Member in the firm’s Labor and Employment Department. He will focus his practice on occupational safety and health (OSHA) and employment litigation matters.

Hurt’s previous role as a Senior Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor provides him with valuable insight and experience in OSHA, MSHA, FLSA, Title VII, and other whistleblower litigation under several different federal statutes. He has an extensive background in representing both private employers and government agencies. He also has represented Fortune 500 companies in traditional employment counseling and labor and employment litigation.
Hurt earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
