AUSTIN, TX / AGILITYPR.NEWS / November 01, 2021 / Briscoe is the Austin-based project of 19-year-old Truett Heintzelman and 20-year-old Philip Lupton. Briscoe will be performing their debut headline show at The Ballroom at Spider House this Thursday November 4th. Briscoe draws musical influence from what many consider the golden years of music, the late 1960's to mid 1970's. Artists such as Neil Young, James Taylor, The Grateful Dead, The Beatles, Carole King, and Paul Simon have influenced the pair musically and lyrically. With a variety of instrumentation, Briscoe's live shows and studio recordings seem to stray in and out of genres with a variety of instrumentation including the banjo and saxophone.

Briscoe will be performing at Innings Fest 2022 alongside Foo Fighters and Black Pumas. The band recently supported CAAMP at Stubbs BBQ, and played the Longhorn City Limits concert series at UT. Fresh off a performance at Goldthwaite Music Festival this past weekend, this show is guaranteed to sell out and tickets are extremely limited so we hope you can be there.
