Childcare Startup Flexable celebrates 3 Years of Innovative Child Care Services

- Successfully connected 127 clients to caregivers for over 800 events 

Pittsburgh, PA - Flexable, the Pittsburgh-based provider of innovative childcare solutions, announced today that it’s celebrating its third year in business. Flexable has created a dynamic two-sided platform that enables a group of elite caregivers to connect with any and all care requests that exist in the marketplace. These range from organizations wanting to be more inclusive at events, to brides-to-be wanting to accommodate all their guests, to parents needing backup childcare. 

Flexable is used by cutting edge companies, non profit organizations and government entities. Flexable now employs 33 staff, and has over 127 clients including the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny Health Network, Duolingo, and the Women and Girls Foundation. Its many repeat clients have learned that providing on-site childcare for events is an easy way to increase attendance and make an event inclusive to everyone.

The pace of our growth demonstrates how difficult securing backup childcare is for most parents. Despite being a $17B market, there are simply not enough solutions for parents.
