DALLAS, TX / AGILITYPR.NEWS / April 07, 2026 / KAI is proud to announce the hiring of Conni Morey as its new vice president of marketing, based in the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth office.

Morey is a strategic marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience elevating brand presence and driving growth across the AEC industry. In her new role, she will oversee KAI’s marketing strategy, guiding integrated initiatives aligned with the business development goals of the firm’s four business units: KAI Design, KAI Engineering, KAI Build and KAI 360 Construction Services.

As national and local business climates are changing rapidly, our four business entities need varied marketing strategies,” said KAI President Darren L. James, FAIA, NOMA, NCARB. “We are taking a holistic approach to providing the appropriate resources for each. Conni brings fresh ideas to the table and will work closely with leadership to deliver on KAI’s promise to transform communities through integrated design and construction excellence.”

Morey’s prior experience includes roles as director of marketing & communications at Faulkner Design Group, creative director at D2 Architecture, creative marketing director at Austin Commercial, and marketing coordinator at RTKL Associates.

Morey has a Bachelor of Arts in architectural studies and a minor in journalism from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.

In her spare time, Morey enjoys traveling, staying active through outdoor sports, including pickleball and golf, and giving back to the community through volunteer work with the Dallas County Aggie Moms Club and East Lake Pet Orphanage in Dallas.
