The Petrova Experiences Joins Airports Council International

Customer experience consulting firm connects with airport non-profit to discuss post-COVID travel.

Brooklyn, NY – August 10, 2020

International customer experience consulting firm The Petrova Experience today announces membership in the Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA).

ACI is a non-profit organization that represents the world's airports. Established in 1991, ACI represents the interests of airports with Governments and international organizations, develops standards, policies, and recommended practices for airports, and provides information and training opportunities to raise standards around the world.
