ICON, the leader in amphibious light sport aircraft, has designated Jet Air – Signature Select as a certified ICON aircraft service center, the first service center for ICON in Wisconsin. Owners of ICON’s aircraft now have a convenient location in the Midwest, with trained staff, to perform maintenance activities on these specialized aircraft.

“We’re excited to be partnering with ICON to offer this service,” explained Jet Air CEO Al Timmerman. “This is a natural addition to the other maintenance services we offer and provides a great convenience for ICON aircraft owners in Wisconsin and the surrounding states.” More than sixty ICON aircraft have been ordered by pilots in Northeast Wisconsin.

To achieve the designation, Jet Air sent a team member to ICON’s facilities in California to be factory trained on this specialized aircraft that can take off and land on water or land.
