Bennion is the fifth attorney to join the firm’s team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex this year, following 17 attorney hires in 2025.

Bennion focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes, serving clients in various sectors such as energy, construction, real estate, private investment, banking, aerospace, franchising, health care, insurance, and agribusiness. His experience includes handling business dissolutions, breach-of-contract cases, fiduciary-duty conflicts, fraud and RICO allegations, trade secret and noncompete lawsuits, patent infringement, and wind rights disputes.

Bennion earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Harvard Law School. He is licensed to practice in Texas.
