NEW YORK / AGILITYPR.NEWS / December 06, 2019 / Chef Kurt Gutenbrunner is proud to announce the grand reopening of Wallsé Restaurant and a 15th Michelin Star! Earning consecutive Stars from the time Michelin debuted in the US is a true testament to the innovative Austrian cuisine the Wallsé serves each day. The restaurant also features a unique, Austrian wine list, curated by Sommelier Michael Dolinski. 

The newly updated interior shines bright and showcases fine works of art from Chef's close friend and world-renowned artist, Julian Schnabel. It is the first update to the decor since its opening 20 years ago. The Chef's approach is fresh and modern, and Wallsé is open for dinner service Mon-Fri, and also for lunch on weekends.
