Phat Scooters Partners with Wheels Up & Feeding America
PHOENIX, ARIZ / AGILITYPR.NEWS / May 06, 2020 / PHOENIX, Ariz. — Phat Scooters, a leader in recreational and commercial electric scooters, has joined Wheels Up and the hunger relief organization Feeding America in their Meals Up initiative to supply 10 million meals for Americans facing hunger during the COVID-19 crisis.
Phat Scooters will donate 1,000 meals to the Meals Up program for every qualifying scooter sold before May 31st to combat food insecurity.
Since entering the market in 2017, Phat Scooters has been at the forefront of the recreational and commercial electric scooter industry with its innovative fat tire design, strategic partnerships, and commitment to supporting their community.

Thirty-seven million Americans face food insecurities daily. The COVID-19 quarantines will increase the reliance on food banks as Americans face lay-offs and lost wages. Feeding America estimates an additional $302 million will be needed to support local food banks over the next several months.
