UNITED KINGDOM / AGILITYPR.NEWS / February 05, 2026 / Sheffield-based supplement brand Supp has announced the appointment of Georgina Taylor, Registered Associate Nutritionist, to its expanding Health Hub team. The addition marks another step in the brand’s mission to make evidence-based nutrition simpler, smarter, and more accessible to everyone.
Georgina brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her new role. Having graduated with a degree in Nutrition, she began her career as a health advisor at Bupa, working one-to-one with clients on personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans. That experience, she says, gave her a real understanding of the individuality of health and how different bodies respond to different needs.
“I’ve always been interested in learning more about my own health and wellbeing, which is what led me to study nutrition at university,” Georgina said. “Working with people from all walks of life helped me understand that health is never a one-size-fits-all approach. Since then, I’ve gone on to create educational content for nutritionists, dietitians, and charities, building on that knowledge and exploring new areas of research.”
Georgina passion lies in women’s health, an area she believes still has a lot of untapped potential. “As someone who deals with PCOS and PMDD myself, I find it fascinating to explore how nutrition can support these conditions,” she explained. “There’s so much still to discover, and it’s exciting to see how understanding in this area continues to grow.”
At Supp, Georgina will help create accessible, evidence-based resources for the Health Hub - from articles and guides to myth-busting content that helps people make better choices about their nutrition.
“I hope to bring some clarity to nutrition,” she said. “It doesn’t have to be hard, expensive, or complicated to eat and live well. Once you learn something, you never unlearn it, and I want to create content that really adds value.”
Welcoming her to the team, Supp co-founder and biomedical scientist Olivia Buckley said, “Georgina’s balanced, realistic approach to nutrition aligns perfectly with what we stand for at Supp. Her understanding of women’s health and her ability to turn science into clear, practical advice will be a huge asset to the Health Hub.
“We’re thrilled to have her on board as we continue to grow our community and empower people to make informed, sustainable choices for their health and wellbeing.”
