VeinCentre, the UK’s largest and most established vein care provider, has taken a new lease on a refurbished first-floor office suite at Aintree House, where it will open its latest clinic. Specialising in the treatment of varicose veins and thread veins, the new clinic marks the company’s continued expansion across the UK. The letting was secured by property consultants Alder King, acting on behalf of Summerfield.

Strategically located at Junction 25 of the M5, Blackbrook Business Park has become a well established hub for healthcare businesses. VeinCentre joins a growing community of medical and healthcare occupiers including Taunton Diagnostic Centre, Somerset Care, Meddcare Somerset, Lakeside Dental, the Ophthalmology Diagnostic Centre and About Health.

There has also been sustained interest from healthcare operators in the potential for a new build premises on part of the final vacant plot available on the park.
