Billet Chef Paul Clerehugh, his brigade and front of house gang are building their canteen kitchen, dining room & bar on Fawley Hill for the duration. Cooking day and night delicious brunch dishes like, full English, Kedgeree and encyclopaedic selection of smashed avocado brunchy things. Lunch served all day expect sexy salads, fish and chips, veggie specials, salt beef on Rye, goat curry and loads more. Supper/Dinner specials are offered until 9:45pm including slow roast crispy duck, risotto cakes, wild seabass, steak and chips. Delicious homemade puds, they’re bringing their own Mr Whippy ice cream machine – Try the Jamaican mess with caramelized Banana, candid pecans, salted caramel, Mount Gay rum, butterscotch and Mr Whippy.

The Crooked Billet Stoke Row is furnished with Boho bric-a-brac, ancient farm house tables and a mish mash of Lloyd loom and 1950s’s dining chairs – their Fawley pop up vibe will be absolutely on point with the neighbouring antique and vintage traders. Indeed Lovejoy himself has promised to display a Van load of Vintage trestles, benches and posh junk to Pauls Pop-up. I’m sure love joy will heckle you a good cash price for his bits and bric-a-brac.

A well-stocked bar, Rebellion IPA, Premium draught lager, Scrumpy and farmhouse ciders. Gin selection including Henley’s famous, Mr Hobbs, good choice of reasonably prices wines, prosecco and fizz including Fawley Hills award winning Oxfordshire sparkling wine.
