Tutoring Empowers Struggling Students to Start the Year with Confidence and Succeed

SAN BERNARDINO, CA / AGILITYPR.NEWS / August 23, 2026 / “Our one-on-one tutoring and mentoring program is specifically designed to reduce, or altogether eliminate, the gaps students experience and provide real solutions that set them up for a strong, successful year ahead,” says Aaron Valdez, CEO of Valdez Educational Services.

SAN BERNARDINO, CA – Students who struggled academically last year don’t have to repeat that cycle. As a new school year approaches, those students now have a real opportunity to start with the tutoring they need to comprehend and advance in their studies.

Valdez Educational Services has launched a comprehensive back-to-school tutoring program designed to help students who faced academic challenges last academic year build their skills, regain confidence, and succeed from day one.

“Every student deserves the opportunity to thrive,” said Aaron Valdez, CEO of Valdez Educational Services. “We recognize that academic struggles affect students in classrooms everywhere. Our one-on-one tutoring and mentoring program is specifically designed to reduce, or altogether eliminate, the gaps students experience and provide real solutions that set them up for a strong, successful year ahead.”

A key strength of Valdez Educational Services is its flexibility and accessibility. The program operates seven days a week, ensuring families can find tutoring times that fit their schedules.

Unlike traditional tutoring centers, Valdez brings education directly to students. Their tutors and mentors visit family homes or any location the parent chooses, removing barriers to consistent, meaningful academic support.

The program matches tutors with students based on each student’s unique needs and learning styles. As a result, students connect with their tutor, building supportive relationships that encourage engagement and foster confidence.

Through personalized instruction, Valdez tutors/mentors help students rebuild foundational skills in mathematics, reading, writing, and science.

Program Highlights:

●      Available seven days a week for maximum scheduling flexibility

●      In-home tutoring or instruction at whatever location the family prefers

●      Tutors and mentors who understand student needs

●      Personalized learning plans that reduce or altogether eliminate the student’s academic gaps.

●      Experienced educators to whom students can relate

●      Small group and individual tutoring options

“The difference between a struggling start and a confident beginning can be transformational,” Aaron Valdez added. “We’re here to be the solution for every student who needs the services we bring to the table.”

Valdez Educational Services’ Tutoring and mentoring services are free to students in San Bernardino, Victorville, and Adelanto in Southern California, and Madera in the Central Valley.

Private payment options are available to students who do not attend a school District that provides these services through Valdez, and scholarships are available for low-income families.

Enrollment is now open. For more information, contact Eva Valdez at (909) 362-3620, (559) 505-1221, or email EvaV@ValdezEducation.com to discuss your student’s specific academic needs and explore program options.
